Another standout is the Chicken Karaage Tempura, a light and crispy dish that embodies the best of Japanese fried cooking. For those looking to explore plant-based options, their Sansai Vegetables—a medley of sweet potato vines, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms—brings nature’s bounty to your table, beautifully seasoned and simply delicious.

“ Best Roman I ever had. Prepared nice and neatly. The broth is so got the pork was seasoned perfectly. It’s a must stop by ”
“ Located inside the Eatery Shimuja Ramen was AWESOME!! The service was friendly and fast. So good!! It’s a lot of food too so, all for a container. ”
“ The best ramen I have tried in Miami! The broth is very flavorful, the meat is sauteed prior to being placed into the broth so the meat is not soggy, the noodles are cooked to near perfection, the boiled egg was still runny, and the portions are decent. The price is a little steep for a ramen but, I promise you will not be disappointed. Plus, I love that it is located in a food hall so you have multiple options for dessert! Will be going back! ”
“ This location was actually better than the Davie location. When I went to the Davie location the food was good but it was messy. The Miami location is much cleaner and you get to watch the process of them making the ramen. I met the owner and he was so nice. This is located on the second floor of the Julia and Henry Food Hall. Definitely worth checking out. ”
“ The shoyu ramen keeps me coming back. No words necessary, the broth is flavorful, fatty, delicious, and all without being too heavy or overbearing. ”
“ Tried the kagoshima tonkotsu ramen. The balance and thickness of the broth is amazing. Some of the best I've tried. Loads of fresh veggies, egg cooked properly. Chashu was grilled and delicious. I'm sure the spicy offerings are just as good. Quite a little gem here in a food court. Well, worth a visit if you are a ramen fan. Service is fast too. Seating is a little tight and personal, so nab a seat quickly. ”
“ My favorite Ramen in Miami, and in my life. The broth and the smoked pork belly are phenomenal. ”
“ Probably the best ramen in Miami, delicious and flavorful. The broth is very tasty, and pork is seasoned very well. Service is super fast. The place is located in Julia and Henry on the 3rd floor. They have a few tables by their stand. ”
